Products and information
We aim to present product photographs, colours, measurements and descriptions accurately. Screen settings, lighting and the nature of handcrafted or decorative products may cause minor variations. Such minor variations do not affect your statutory rights where an item is defective, incorrect or materially different from its description.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Orders are prepaid only and payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Orders
An order is accepted after successful payment and confirmation. We may cancel or contact you regarding an order if a product becomes unavailable, the price or listing contains a clear error, payment cannot be verified, or delivery information is incomplete. If we cancel a paid order, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Shipping
We currently ship within India and standard shipping is free. Please read our Shipping Policy for delivery information.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
All sales are final except for the circumstances described in our Exchange, Returns & Refund Policy and rights available under applicable law.
Intellectual property
The website design, brand elements, text and product imagery owned by Adricca Ratna Jewels may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse of products, inaccurate information supplied by a customer, courier disruption or events beyond our reasonable control.
