Shipping coverage and charges
We currently accept orders for delivery within India only. Standard shipping is free for all orders.
Order processing
Orders are processed after successful payment verification. Once an order is dispatched, available tracking information and the estimated delivery timeline will be shared through the contact details provided at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery timing depends on the destination, courier service, public holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. We may contact you if additional delivery information is required.
Delays, loss or damage
If tracking shows an unusual delay, or if a parcel arrives damaged, please contact support@adriccaratnajewels.com promptly with your order number. For a damaged, incorrect, missing or materially different item, follow our Exchange, Returns & Refund Policy.
Address changes
Address changes can only be considered before dispatch and cannot be guaranteed. Contact us immediately after ordering if a correction is needed.
