All sales are final. Adricca Ratna Jewels does not accept exchanges, returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, colour or size expectations, or minor variations in handcrafted products.
Exceptions
We will assist when an item is:
- Damaged or defective upon delivery
- Different from the item ordered
- Missing from the shipment
- Materially different from its website description
How to report an issue
Please email support@adriccaratnajewels.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs and a continuous package-opening video. The product must remain unused and retain its original tags and packaging.
Resolution
After verification, we will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, the amount paid for the affected item will be refunded to the original payment method. Adricca Ratna Jewels will bear return-shipping costs for an approved claim.
This policy does not limit rights available under applicable Indian consumer law.
